PKR Consulting is experienced at preparing and analyzing private and public contract claims. We are skilled at preparing reports and presenting the results of our analyses in a variety of dispute resolution forums, including mediations, arbitrations, dispute review boards, settlement negotiations and trials.
Schedule Analysis: PKR Consulting has performed schedule analyses of numerous projects of various sizes and complexity. We have analyzed rudimentary bar charts, as well as detailed electronic schedules with thousands of activities and logic relationships. Whether you require schedule analysis for a change order submittal, a settlement negotiation, or for litigation, PKR Consulting has the expertise and experience to identify and quantify critical delays, assess responsibility, and determine the impacts on project costs. We are familiar in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, as well as the scheduling software used by the construction industry.
Cost Analysis: PKR Consulting has performed analyses of direct and indirect construction costs. We review delay, disruption, and other productivity impacts to labor, material, and equipment costs. Our firm is experienced in developing and analyzing field and home office overhead claims and quantifying extended overhead cost impacts due to delay.

Project Neutral
While PKR Consulting approaches every engagement from an objective, fact-based standpoint, services as a project neutral are offered for projects seeking an independent, jointly-retained cost and scheduling expert or Dispute Review Board member. We work with project participants to understand the disputed issues, review project records and recommend resolutions with the goal of preventing claims, avoiding litigation and keeping the project moving. Alternative Dispute Resolution/Expert Testimony: PKR Consulting specializes in providing objective analyses and effective demonstrative exhibits on cost and schedule issues for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) forums and in support of expert testimony. We have experience presenting at arbitrations, multi-party mediations, dispute review boards, settlement negotiations, State Superior Court and United States District Court.
Litigation Support: Our firm has provided a variety of discovery support services on behalf of our clients. We assist in identifying pertinent project records, preparing document requests, and managing document productions. We have assisted in the development and creation of electronic document databases and organized imposing quantities of hardcopy records. Our services include interrogatory preparation, responding to interrogatories, key witness identification, and preparing questions for opposing witnesses.
